Good Shepherd's Global Matric School, a recently upgraded Matric school committed to providing quality education in a nurturing environment, seeks a qualified and experienced Vice Principal to join its leadership team.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Principal in all aspects of school administration and management.
* Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring smooth functioning.
* Provide academic leadership and develop and implement curriculum plans.
* Supervise and mentor faculty and staff.
* Foster a positive and productive school environment.
* Manage student discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.
* Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, students, and the community.
Qualifications:
Master's degree/ Bachelor's degree (M.A/B.A., M.Sc/B.Sc., M.Ed/B.Ed., etc.) in a relevant field.
B.Ed. degree in education.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a school administration role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students and staff.
Proven track record of success in a school setting.
